Mission Statement
Paws4Survival is a nonprofit organization driven by a deep love for animals and a strong commitment to their rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming. We focus on Puerto Rican street dogs and cats — animals that have been abandoned, neglected, or left to fend for themselves. Our mission is to provide them with the veterinary care, shelter, and socialization they need to heal, regain trust, and thrive. With patience and compassion, we prepare these deserving animals for a brighter future, helping them find loving homes in the New York and New England areas.
As a licensed wildlife rehabilitation organization in Massachusetts, we also provide a safe haven for injured and orphaned mammals and birds. Our goal is to give these animals a second chance by nurturing them back to health and returning them to their natural habitats. In addition, we offer refuge to barn cats that would otherwise be euthanized, giving them the time and care needed to socialize and adapt, so they can be adopted into warm, permanent homes.
At Paws4Survival, we are passionate about giving a second chance to animals who might otherwise be overlooked. With heartfelt compassion and dedication, we offer these animals the love, care, and attention they need to heal, grow, and ultimately find the forever homes they deserve.
