Maeve

Maeve was found in Puerto Rico, abandoned, locked in a house and left to die. Ashley and her family reached out to us to foster (eventually fail), and have given this pup an amazing life. This is her story, from her mom Ashley.

"We have Maeve from P4S.

Her and her sister had been shut into a bedroom and left to die in an abandoned house. Only Maeve survived. 

P4S posted a photo of her, so I reached out to Nicole. She came straight to us to be "fostered" (we wanted to make sure she fit in with our family before we adopted her. As we had rats, mice, rabbits, chickens etc).

Maeve loves being outside going on adventures. She loves all her animal siblings (especially Leon). She's like a barnacle attached to a whale with him. We even call her the barnacle. She is a bit tentative and nervous from what she experienced as a puppy but she loves endlessly and is so sweet. She always helps me take care of other animals in need. She loves baby birds, cuddling with rats and playing with kittens. She travels all over with us but her favorite place to go is Maine."
